Poor customer service

Patti is amazing!!! If I could give her 100 stars instead of 5 I would. Greeted me with a big smile right as I walked in. Went above and beyond answering all my questions. She set me up with an account in 20 minutes! No wonder my parents have been banking there since before I was born. Most kind & personable employee I’ve ever met at a bank. BMO should be so glad they have her working for them. I’m sure she’s the best coworker too! What an amazing member to have on your team! Thank you for everything, Patti! Appreciate you so much!

I have nothing but fantastic things to say about my favorite branch!! Patty, Anna, Jen and Erica always go that extra mile to provide outstanding service and support!! When Covid19 went into effect and I wasn't able to do my face to face banking, I was reassured by all of them that all of my banking needs would be met and they exceeded my expectations!! I did a lot of it over the phone and I felt confident and secure every time!! Everything was done with the utmost professionalism and superior customer service!! I'm so glad that I have a bank and bankers that I can trust with my money!!

This is my favorite branch to bank with in the Barrington area. Friendly, upbeat staff! Especially Jennifer:) Every time I am there, she remembers my name, and I hear her call each person who drives up by name and treats everyone so special! It's such a great experience to be recognized.
