Never have I ever worked with a lender that was so uncooperative! Because of your lateness and laziness you caused a family to lose out on their future home. Not only were you emailing updates to an agent that was NOT involved in this specific transaction you couldn’t even include me! You gave updates to the wrong agents and THEY were the ones that had to update me. You wasted 54 days of our time. It was obvious that you didn’t start the process til we were on day 30! You caused such unnecessary stress and frustration to everyone involved including your own clients. I hope to NEVER work with you in any future transactions and I will never refer any clients to US Bank. UNPROFESSIONAL HORRIBLE SERVICE. 👎👎👎 Wish I could take back that ONE star! I hope that people will see this review and realize they need to go somewhere else for a lender that doesn’t leave them in the dark and full of FALSE HOPE! Shame on you!
