Terrible app. Even the bank itself takes forever to update your account information. When you call them they treat you like your stupid. Not a very good bank. Been banking here as my first bank. Nothing but a bad experience. I don't recommend this bank.

Great Ag/farm bank. Friendly and helpful employees. This bank goes above and beyond for us. So refreshing to find a bank that cares about the customer. Just moved personal accounts to Amboy too.

Terrible App and website. I have to call the bank every other week to reset my account as I get locked out because it says “unknown / invalid username”. Their online system is extremely slow and outdated. Trying to get help after business hours is impossible. I’ll be going back to a big, nationwide bank.

This is a great bank with helpful friendly people. This bank recently upgraded their website and it is working so much better than in the past!

I use the mobile app without any problems, it updates fine for my use. I have been banking with Amboy bank for 31 years, they have always been there for me when I needed them.
