Went in to get my registration sticker. There was one employee and Manager working. I was the only one in there with my Fiance the employee waved us to a window. We noticed they were on the phone with a customer. We were waiting which was fine. But then another costumer walked in. The employee not on the phone waved her to another window, mind you she was the one who waved us to the first window. She started helping that lady right away but we were still standing by the window waiting to be helped. The Manager who was on the phone waved us to her window. Which she seemed to be off the phone. Once we got to her window she said regrestering I said yes. She then picked up her cell phone and started talking to someone figuring out the problem they were trying to figure out before.... As the cosutmer who walked in after us was getting helped, we got the rude Manager on the phone. I am very unsatisfied, I understand they were on the phone first. But don't wave us over if you aren't ready to help, then take someone who walked in after us.....

I would suggest CHUCK CERMAK ANTIOCH LICENSE SERVICE - the owner and employee are always professional and will take the time to be help without having an awful attitude—plus the fees are substantially lower!!

Lady chose not to take my credit card because I guess I didn’t look like I should have one.
