Definitely need to work on your customer service skills. Christine was very rude to me not to mention she clearly doesn’t know what she is talking about. Guess I should probably find a bank elsewhere where customers are treated with RESPECT.

Every other time I try to sign into my online bill pay it doesn't work. Says their having technical difficulties. Someone needs to fix this. Very annoying having to deal with this when I want to pay a bill or check my balance.
