Better Banks, Bartonville, IL

Very unprofessional workers like Scott Jackson, make people wait days for their loan application and doesn't even give the common courtesy of a phone call. Zero advice or help as to how someone can fix whatever Better Banks has an issue with. 10/10 would not recommend.

Years ago the constant large mistakes this place made had my mother leave them as a teenager I had a few small mistakes and took my business elsewhere. My niece without our advice opened a checking account after saving a substantial amount of money for a car went in after and withdrew 1000.00 or so she thought she was given it in an envelope with her grandmother present. Two days later grandmother went to put that money in her own account to find out was 100.00 short. Their response well we will check the receipt call ya later. When they did was well if one of the 100 stacks has an extra we will let ya know. When asked check the video of the transaction response well we don't record the tellers. So an expensive lesson to my 16 year old niece is Trust no one! And hopefully she will change banks immediately!
