I stopped in to the location today and was helped by the most professional and pleasant young woman named lawana she was so helpful with processing my refinance. I was hesitant to do it because the hispanic lady who gave me the loan initially had me under impression i could get 1000from the savings. Lawana explained the process throughly and gave me i ninfoon how the savi ga will be good to hVave at the end i really appreciate that because times to hard to be misleading people when it comes to finances. Please keep lawana thank you

Definitely my favorite place to get a loan without the hassle I get at Banks. Rosa was prompt, courteous & professional. She was Superb!! Felt my business was highly appreciated. It should be called Americash Super-Fast Loans : ) Btw the girls make-up was just amazing!!!

Attendent was rude when explaining new rules about their services. Waited for an hr in line just to get turned away because they ask for your social but do not have that listed as a necessary documents online or in-store. Attempted to come back with the documents but attendent did not answer the phone after calling over 15+ times. Did not have this experience first time I went definitely not going back again.

I always enjoy the customer services here at Bedford Park. Rosa is always polite and very helpful. She always greets you with a smile. IF you every need a loan this is the place to go with no hassle.

Rosa helped me out and she was so kind knowledgeable. You never know what people are going through and i was so worried i wouldnt be able to get the loan out but she made me feel at ease and was very helpful and always had a smile on. I will recommend her to others.
