Josh Phelps makes the experience flawless. He answered every single question that I had for him at anytime of day. Very much a pleasure to work with and I would refer anyone to him. Not only does he have great communication throughout the process but also genuinely cares about what and how you are feeling about the whole picture.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our process was a nightmare, and Josh was extremely unprofessional and rude on more than one occasion - not just to us, but our realtor, as well. Definitely NOT the way you engage with customers and colleagues. There were countless mistakes made on his part and we were misled throughout the process. We asked for transparency and did not receive it.
