Wife was approved on 6/29 for a loan. All docs received 6/30. Called branch 7/1 was told by Corina yes your approved but it's Friday we're close to closing so I'll call you first thing on Tues morning 7/5. At 345p my wife called was told Corina stepped out and will be back in 10mins a.d will call you back. Never heard a word back. Obviously they don't need the business. Even though you responded I'll take my business elsewhere. 2 weeks and still never a call from the branch. Not even ti apologize.

Vivian was so professional and patient. It started off rocky but Vivian made it all smooth

Very disappointed with the service I received. I refinanced my car and its has been almost a month and they have not paid off my previous loan. My credit has now taken a hit from not paying the old loan which should have been taken care of. When I contact Onemain all I get is the runaround.

5 words- Unprofessional. Rude. Inconsiderate. Messy. Horrible. One start is almost too much for this company. I spent two hours here, which could have been much shorter if everything has been prepared before and communicated before the physical meeting. Carol did not seem like she knew what she was doing. There were no explanations or sincere answers to questions. If I hadn’t been desperate for a loan I would have been out of there within the first minute. DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE! Save yourself from frustration and anger.

I was told I was approved for a secured loan . Submitted all my documents as I was told , I even went in person to hand over my title of my truck & sign some papers. I was told I will get a call to obtain my bank info & I get a call to let me know I wasn’t approved . Which doesn’t make sense because I was told YES YOU ARE APPROVED. So I had to go back to pick up the title . Wasted my time .
