IAA Credit Union, Bloomington, IL

I have been banking at IAA credit union for about Thirty years. In the last few years I’ve lost faith in the credit unions ability to assist me in financial decisions. They just don’t have the experience anymore, or drive to direct me to someone with the answers. I have been switching over to CEFCU.

Update: LOVE using this bank. They are willing to answer any questions I have from credit to loans to my account. If your able to bank with them it's recommended from my view. Best bank I've ever used to date!! I just opened an account here but everyone was so helpful and nice. The woman up front even offered to hold my sleeping 10 month old while I was opening my account. I would recommend this credit union to anyone who is looking to open and account. Well worth it!!

I’ve been a member since I was 17 and I am 22 now, I use to love having a bank account with them until I started asking more questions about money disappearing and not adding up within my account. No one has answers

The service at IAA Credit Union is by far above most banks. The personalization and customer service given to me exceeds my expectations. I was involved in a car accident and received a car loan for a new car in less than one day! I've changed accounts and had great service from Dawn and Kyle! Keep up the good work!

At first I loved this credit union. After, being a member for years this year I am highly disappointed. As I am expecting a new child and a parent to my teenage sister. Seeking a personal loan to move, as I need to expand my household. For certain the credit union wouldn't fail me. Ive had a personal loan with them for years and never late on my payments. The response I got made me realize that I was racially and disgracefully denied without good reason. Noah replied " Unfortunately, I am not able to get an approval. Based on lack of deposit history, Lack of a secured loan, And a recent bankruptcy on the credit report, my boss wasn't really sure why the first loan was approved by the loan officer that did it. Technically those things should disqualify a personal loan. I Just can't do anything at this time. Which my bankruptcy is shy of 4 years which isn't recent, the application was joint meaning I had support. Just never thought I would be denied in such a harsh way. After my loan is fully paid I wouldn't dare continue on as a member. Thanks but no thanks.

I worked with Brian as I financed a vehicle for the first time and had the best experience. He had very fast communication and helped me to understand any questions I had during the process. I didn’t realize purchasing a car for the first time could be so easy & fast. I can’t thank you enough Brian for all of your help!

It's a good credit union. I've never had any major problems. Just a few annoying website issues.
