This is the worst customer service experience I've had in my life thus far. I emailed Suzi not once, but twice with an issue I was having with the underwriting process and asked her for her help. Instead, she completely ignored my emails and never acknowledged them in person, on the phone, or through email. I even went to the trouble of talking with a manager from the head office at Compass in December. He was very apologetic and told me that the issue would be addressed in January (due to the holidays) and that he'd be following up with me. It's February 4th now and I still haven't heard anything. I never want to do business with this company again, and I would highly discourage anyone else from doing so.
