I don’t even know why Glenn Crowner still has a job, him and Sean Cochran work hand in hand so don’t believe his comment under here, he’s just as bad. They’re good when they don’t have to do much work. They both are careless especially Glenn he doesn’t give you any information, he barely responds. You reach out to his assistant and she can’t even get a hold of him. I will never recommend him to anyone. Stay away from Glenn Crowner ! A while back i guess he assumed I wasn’t working with him and made my application inactive without contacting me, that could actually ruin someone’s life luckily i had more options. What a terrible experience!

Everything was going well in the pre-approval process leading up to the closing, but like everything else it all depends who works with you personally, lets say my loan officer didn’t do me any favors, from the lack of communication & accountability if it wasn’t for my realtor & attorney the deal wouldn’t have gotten done & I’d be without a house. They make it as such your buying a toy house as opposed to your livelihood & an actual house, you have to stalk them for information & the information they give you is grandstanding.

If I could give Jennifer a 10 star I would! She is absolutely amazing and her team always finds a solution to get the Lon done! THANK YOU!
