Fieldstone Credit Union, Bradley, IL

I have been a member of this credit union since I was a child. I'm talking 50 years. I have never had a bad experience and the staff has always been friendly and very helpful. I wish more establishments would model this organization and the friendly employee's. They represent what customer service means.

Fieldstone is one if the best credit unions in Kankakee County. They provide phenomenal customer service, they have great rates on loans and credit cards and go above and beyond in our community. If you are looking for a bank who is family friendly and meets your banking needs. From mortgages to a simple savings I would definitely recommend them.

I can not stand this place OR THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I lost my debit card Ann had gone in and told them I needed a new one ordered 2 days BEFORE thanksgiving. They said it would take 2 weeks. Okay that's fine. 2 weeks goes by and they tell me just give it a few more days because the holiday. I again said okay. Then go in 4 days later just for them to tell me is HAS NOT even been ordered yet!!!! So they tell me they are going to rush it and that it should be here within a couple days. My card still isn't here and now they tell me they once again DID NOT put the rush so I have to just wait til it comes in the mail!!!

Other than our cards being compromised a few times it's a decent bank. They could put more than one employee in the drive thru to take care of 6 cars though and answer the phone once in awhile

Worst Service Ever HANDS DOWN!!!! I have only once received good service from this place. Most of the women there act as if they personally own this Credit union. They are very rude and snobby. I’m very curious as to where all of these very nice reviews come from.

Apparently if you have money just chillin in a savings account there for too long they just close your account and send your money to the state. When you question it they will just say - quote: "what's the difference? It's not like you were touching that money anyway"-Melanie
