Avoid taking out any loan from here! I know we usually are desperate when we consider a place like this, but they PREY on that desperation! Since August 2020 I have made additional payments that have been misapplied. Since August 2020 I have tried unsuccessfully to get this company to resolve my misapplied payments. Over $1,000 applied incorrectly!!! There are many other similar businesses that will give you a loan and actually honor your agreement and apply your payments correctly.

Dee was absolutely wonderful while helping me get this loan. She is professional, patient and responsive. She returns your calls when needed. One Main Financial is lucky to have her working there and so am I.

The man I spoke with named ruben told me last week I was approved for 7200 tried to call and make an appointment to come in and he said he needed my coapplicants info couldnt contact my coapplicant so when I called him back all of a sudden i want approved anymore. So i went from approved for more then i needed to not approved in just 3 days this company is trash.

Very unprofessional, After one year and 24% interest my car was totaled and the insurance paid it of. OneMain financial kept my account open for the next 4 months after everything was paid of, with balance of 2 dollars and I was still getting payments by mail. What a joke!!!!

If I could leave no stars for this location I would. I dealt with Kiara and she has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Impatient, not understanding and is just looking to get the papers signed. This is my first time ever taking out a loan & when wanting to bring a family member to help me understand the process better I was told “I’m just going to be telling her the same thing I told you.”/“No you are not able to bring someone with you during the process of signing” Rude! Funny when I spoke to another location they said they were able to meet all my needs and they would like me to have a positive experience. If you are that unhappy with your job…find another one. Times are tough don’t make people feel like we are wasting your time.

As far as I am concerned and according to me, this place has the worst customer service I have ever seen in all my life. It only took my 5 mins to realize that the women customer service reps working at the Crestwood location have attitudes. People usually stereotype us this way, however, in this case they are absolutely correct. I agree 💯% w the other negative reviews Very unprofessional! Get new employees immediately...I haven't posted a single review in several years but I felt like people should know about this place before wasting their time. The 1 star is just because they got up out of their chair to meet me at the door

Avoid this company at all costs. If you're going here for help, it must be out of desperation and they prey on that. They offered me an interest rate of nearly 36%! If you're in need, go with so-fi. They offered me a much better terms, 14.99%
