Never in my life have I dealt with a more incompetent company. Every month they call me and make me wait on the phone because their UX is incompetent to handle basic things. Then this month they reached out with ANOTHER issue and asked me to resolve with with a set of instructions. I went to their site and tried to follow the directions but the parts of the site they were directing me to DON'T EXIST! I can't believe in the incompetency and it makes me really nervous that this company has any access to my finances. 0/10, do not use. You're better off putting your money into a normal loan.

I am constantly getting calls from a Number with ION Tuition as the caller ID. When I do answer no one will respond or answer. When I tell them to stop calling it they don’t answer they hang up.

Fraud

Terrible experience. Their ui is buggy and awful. They don't update it to match current terms, they ended auto-pay and then charged me a late fee, but their website still said auto-pay was enabled. Had to talk to a rep to get a straight answer on anything. I've never worked with a more obtuse institution. I hope it all crumbles.

How do you make these HORRIBLE people stop calling. I DID NOT REACH OUT TO THEM! SO WHY ARE THEY BOTHERING ME! If I want your help I will call you. So stop calling me! I DO NOT WANT YOUR HELP! Scam, tried to get SSN from me by saying my university had asked them to call. Called my university and they confirmed they weren't associated with them. Do not give these people any info!!!
