Jennifer has always been wonderful and professorial to work with. I enjoy working with her and with Chrissy when she was there.

First off I tried calling and was told Jennifer was busy so I needed to call back because they don’t call people even though they called me yesterday. So then I call back and ask about my application and Jennifer was very rude on the phone. I asked a simple question and she degraded me. Then when I asked why do I get calls she said well you’ll be taken off our list in a rude tone and then hung up the phone. I can’t wait until my current loan is paid off so I never have to deal with this company again. I have never had problems getting loans and me and my family have been customers for years except our location was in the Chicago location. Ever since we were forced to be with this location the customer service has been horrible. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!

I see a lot of post about this loan agency that are misleading. If you actually pay your loan and make attempts to pay additional towards the principal you're going to get good results. If you are a person that doesn't pay bills and doesn't try to be financially responsible then you will have bad results at any loan institution.

We called to extend our payment date due to financial hardship and the woman told my fiance he had to choose between taking care of me or keeping his car and kept berating him repeatedly. I don't recommend this branch, but customer service has been great with taking our complaint.
