I appreciate one main for the emergency situation I was in. I needed a loan and there was only one loan option but I still had an option. One main is not the problem I had encountered. This particular branch has a manager named Jordan. At first, when I got my loan, there were very patient and understanding. When I missed my first payment, I told them my situation, and it sounded like they didn’t care an wasn’t listening. I get it, I’m a new borrower. I haven’t spoken with them to get to know me. But the fact of the matter that I felt my situation wasn’t being taken into consideration and giving them a date of a payment and telling them my future plans for the payments to make sure I get and stay current. Told them a date and they said “You’ll be a first payment default” I get that. I too work for a loan company. It was the fact that after that statement she said in a very condescending or rude way “we’ll be calling you on the 5th” basically disregarding anything I had said. I did not appreciate the bombardment of calls after on the 5th. I was called 4 times. The next day, 5 times and then we’d, 4 more times. I am absolutely livid with how many times I was called. I will not be speaking to anyone from this office after this. This I my first and last loan with this particular office.

The whole process was quick and easy. I got my loan and the monthly payments are super reasonable. I’m very thankful for OneMain Financial

I applied again today for a 3,000 loan and on there app on line they showed that if you put in your information I be able to pay back $197 monthly for the loan so when the called me tell me I have 2 car that they can’t Finance because the notes the payment on is too high from the vehicles that I got a loan for so they was telling me that they have to use a vehicle that was already paid for that doesn’t make any sense and it doesn’t show that when you will try to plan for a loan then they add the declined due to my credit this company is lieing about everything they are saying tell u apply people then they say my credit was to low they did say this when I applied the first time one thing you all need to no apply through your own bank for whatever loan you all need do not go outside to play for long with a company like these people they’re no good I give them a 0% score and I will be posting this all over social media and the new post Broadcast and the lady Ashley that was so Disrespectful they need to fire her as well

The process was fast and easy. The representative checked in on me everyday to make sure that they were providing me with the information and tools that I needed to complete my loan process.

Jordyn and Michelle were very professional and very precise. Anyone in the reviews saying they are rude or anything else are just wrong on only saying that after they didn’t pay. They are clearly fun and professional. I came to them with a need and they were able to help and deliver. I look forward to working with them in the future and I am sure if I pay my loan every month things will be just fine. Thank you Jordyn and Michelle for making this process easy for me.
