I went into the store to make a payment on my loan and Doris or Dawn did not speak to me. They looked at each other and smiled at each other as if something was funny. Another customer comes in an Dawn gets up and greets her, then ask her does she need anymore money? They were both very rude to me because I had got behind on my loan. But I am all caught up on the loan now, and this company will not report any of my payments to the credit bureaus, so it's no reason to keep the loan out that's not building credit because they don't want to report it so I just decided to come back the same day and pay my loan off in full because I don't want to look at them act childish. For some reason I can't get in contact with the district manager. This is a awful place.

They told me they don't offer payday loans but the website says its part of the services offered. Going to find out if I can turn them in for false advertising.
