If I could give 0 stars I most definitely would. Absolutely disgusting business practices. I signed into my Experian account and there was an offer for a "pre-approved" loan. I go through the pre-approval process and was "pre-approved" for an $11,000 loan (I should've known it was bogus by that dollar amount). I submit all my personal information and later I'm told I was only APPROVED for a $1500 loan. That was when I knew it wasn't going to happen and they were ONCE AGAIN full of it. The girl tells me she will call me at 5pm when I get off work to finalize everything. Instead less than 30 minutes later she calls me to tell me I wasn't approved at all. SO YET AGAIN for the 2nd time in 4 years these people ran my credit took all my personal information and did not follow through on what they said was an actual APPROVAL. What I see is there was no pre-approval that was just a ploy to get my information. Once they run my credit they say no either way. I know my credit is far from spectacular but I have spent the last 2 years fixing things on there that were caused by an abusive ex. And I am pretty sure it is nowhere near as bad as it was. I really didn't care about that money but if I had gotten the actual loan that would've helped me increase my credit because I could've cleared those things off. As well as gotten medical beds for my 2 sons who have connective tissue disorders. But anyway... You people really need to be more transparent or learn to lie better, otherwise you will just keep looking like the vultures you are.

I have been doing business with One Main Financial for over 3 years now and they are very Professional and Friendly! Very helpful in getting my loans and setting up a payment plan that truly works with my budget! There was no hassles no fuss not a lot of paperwork! Quick and easy! If you need a loan with good interest rates and work with Professional People then I would highly suggest that you check out One Main Financial for all your Auto and Home needs!

Randy was very nice until I received my loan. After having a great payment history up to this point I delayed a payment to give my family a good Christmas. I called, explained that my payment would be two weeks late and gave him the exact date I would make the payment with all applicable late fees. He ignored everything I said and continuously tried to talk me into making a payment at that time. Our conversation got heated so he had his partner call me at home and work every day afterwards until the day I made the payment as promised. After I made my payment and my loan was current they sent me a late payment notice. With this kind of treatment and the high interest rate, One Main is definitely not worth borrowing from.

Bait and switch. Data sellers possibly? No one with this business model can possibly be profitable. I tried to finance a motorcycle with this company and was told consistently that I was "approved pending documents" and that everything was good and they just needed a few more documents. I'm ON MY WAY to go purchase the motorcycle and I get a call saying "We need a car title to be able to process the loan. We cannot use a motorcycle." This experience makes me question if this is a legitimate company that can be trusted and I will never do business with them going forward. At this point I'm seriously concerned that they simply wanted access to my bank account information and credit information.

Amanda was pleasant and very helpful in my getting a loan recently. She explained anything and everything that I didn’t understand and was almost as excited as I was when I obtained the funds I was needing.

Everyone was very nice from the minute I applied for the loan to when I came in to sign the paperwork! I have not ever had a problem with them and this is the place to go for a loan!
