Not a good lender at all. They are non responsive and lackadaisical in business operations. I had everything in place to get a loan and was even pre-approved for one with my 3.5% deposit in hand and they dropped the ball and never got back to me about business they would have gotten. I’ll never refer anyone I know to them. In fact I’ll tell everyone I know to steer clear of them since they wasted my time and they may have some unethical practices going on.

Sharon is one of the primary reasons my wife and I successful put in an offer and won out on a competing offer for our recent home purchase. We felt like we were in good hands during the whole home buying process. We can’t recommend prime lending enough.
