Chase of the Champaign branch kept calling my late father’s phone KNOWING he passed away on April 28th. He called the day after my dad’s passing and after I informed him he passed, he had no emotion and said, “well, your dad owed $2000 and it needs to be paid. We haven’t heard from him for a few months”. I said, “my dad just died! He was very ill from cancer! THAT is why you didn’t hear from him!” His answer? “But we still need the money”. Tried to say my mother was a co-signer. No papers with her signature. My sister sent my dad’s death certificate and he still harasses. Oh, and she died two months after. Very verifiable. These folks are going to get closed down.

Literally do anything else. never use these places, they are intentionally predatary. borrow from a friend, mow some lawns, sell your hoo ha, do anything other than use these types of places.
