The loan application and process was so simple, quick and easy. The rates were amazing and the service provided by Malian was top notch. She was quick to answer questions and get us all forms and documents. We truly could not be happier with our loan experience. In fact, we are now looking at refinancing a couple of our other loans with U of I Community Credit Union.

My experience with the U Of I Community Credit Union has been the best i have had anywhere. Kaitlyn was very helpful with all the questions i had with my entire loan process and was fast and efficient. I was very impressed with the way Kaitlyn did her job and cared for me as a customer. I would highly recommend doing business with the UICCU.

As a US citizen who had only ever lived abroad, I had no credit history when finally deciding to move to the states. U of I Credit Union was the only bank that was able to help me get started with building my credit immediately, and actually helped me secure an apartment. Forever grateful. Melissa Supp, is an outstanding UofI CCU rep. She was genuinely helpful, my concerns were addressed and my requests were seamlessly handled. I did not expect such speedy customer service. She was always prompt in replying and providing an update throughout the process. It is because her positive aura and joyful personality, I really felt UofI credit Union has made a great improvement from my previous dealings. Keep up the great service.

I've been banking here for 10+ yrs. Got my first used car loan from them. Earlier this year I needed a home loan but unfortunately I had to go somewhere else, u of I credit union failed to help me. This month I went to buy a new used truck. I wanted a 5 yr loan. The vehicle I found was 8 yrs old with just a little over 100k miles. Since it wasn't under 100k miles they couldn't do the loan for that long.so I went to another bank and they was happy to help and got me a lower interest rate. I won't go to u of I bank for another loan. Completely a waste of my time. Shop around for loans you'll be surprised on who will help with better rates.
