They are a smaller, local firm which means they can give more individualized attention to their clients and are thus able to help first-time home buyers (like us) through the process. They gave us frequent and personalized updates regularly while working on our application and always answered questions very quickly. The communication process was markedly better than any of our previous dealings with lenders. The entire team was fabulous to work with-they showed great patience dealing with form submissions, etc. as we are not the most tech savvy couple.
