I have been a customer of this bank for about ten years and have never had any reason to complain about anything. The service is always excellent, and the staff is simply top notch....always courteous, helpful and friendly. I have developed a good sense of trust. It really feels good to be able to walk in and be greeted by name. A big shout out to Adolfo and Pablo for their excellent way of interacting with customers.

The staff in this location Austin n Cermak road are friendly and professional. They engage in conversation and is very helpful ..i can honestly say that I've never had an issue with any worker having an attitude. I love my bank ive been here for many yrs. My first account was open here. My husband wants me to switch to chase but u know what maybe chase is more advanced n all but I like quality over quantity.. i like n appreciate the workers here and im a loyal customer.. i do wish they had more shred days

Perfect good people and good experience.

This bank takes 3 to 4 weeks to deposit a work check. No direct number to contact to check balance. Wouldn’t recommend

They did NOTHING to help with our mortgage when It went up over 700 more a month and we have been banking with them for over 30 years.

This is really a great bank! Most of the people are very nice. Especially the ladies in the front when u walk in. Love this bank!
