Have been with MB Financial for 20+ years. New employees every couple weeks that make up there own rules and don't follow protocol, after always cashing checks for my daughters who are underage, youngest is 2 months they refused to cash my checks. I asked them when this this new rule go into effect, he couldnt tell me nor show me were it was written. I called corporate that evening after i closed 4 accounts with them. MB Financial told me what the employees screwed up and made a mistake.
