If I could rate it a 0 I would. Being a first time home buyer, my boyfriend and I were unfamiliar with the loan process and just about everything to do with getting a mortgage. Nicole started out friendly and seemed like she could truly help us get a loan and understand everything along the way. She then started not returning our phone calls and did not seem to care about keeping us updated. She just kept saying everything would work out and to give it time.. 2 days before we needed to finalize our financing she told us they could not get us a loan. I was told by multiple people to not go with this company and get someone else. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and stuck with her to find out she was a liar and does not mind stringing her clients along. DO NOT go with this company for a loan. especially if you are a first time home buyer. total waste of time and added so much stress to an already stressful process.
