Most complicated process to get a new debit card after mine has stop working. I work from when my local bank is open to closed they want me to wait a whole 2 weeks by mail to get a new card or go up on my only day off Saturday to get one. To leave me a whole week with out any way to buy anything a need.

Staff was friendly although there was technical difficulties with the process which is the only reason why I can't rate this review as a 5. Professional and knowledgeable staff went above and beyond to get me the help I needed.

The staff is nice and very helpful. That being said, when I opened my account on the 1st of the month I asked to have checks ordered. On the 3rd I visited them again and asked if they ordered them because I didn't see the charge taken off my balance. They looked and said the checks had been ordered. Now it's the 7th and the balance is still the same. It certainly is taking a long time to ship my checks. I won't be recommending Vibrant to my friends based on this first week of service.
