I don't understand how this place is not considered predatory lenders! You can literally pay for years and barely touch the principal. Wish I could give them 0 stars

I am here to second the lady about this company being a bunch of crooks. The balance has barely moved in 11 months. I just checked the payoff balance and they want MORE money to payoff the loan. Every other place you have a loan through knocks off the leftover interest, not these people. It's like they are penalizing you for paying off early, which they say they won't do! Absolutely do NOT do business with them. Deserving of zero stars and we will be fighting this.

OMG, I don't trust them at all. I just found out after checking my payment statements In almost a year (over $2,000 on payments) only $20 dollars was added to our principal the rest (about 98% of every payment) was going to interest WOW! This is an example Out of $425.00 payment only $0.60 cents went to my Principal and $424.40 to interest . This was done about every month for almost a year. This is not the percentage we agree on with this company. We demand an explanation , all we got is excuses. I was wondering why my balance hasn't moved, we owe the same as if we didn't made any payments for a year. I am never again getting a loan with them. We are definitively going to get help to fight this.

OneMain were compassionate and understood what I was going through at a difficult time in my life. Scott in the office in Brettwood village was the best. Did all he could to make it happen. Would recommend this place to others!!

Very professional and understandable, they helped me out tremendously, would reccomend them for people with not perfect credit and people with good credit.

Honestly may have been worst group of staff to try and do business. They were all so rude as if no one wanted to be there or be bothered at all. You come in they all looking at each other as if no one actually wants to help. I would never recommend this office sadly.
