Sold me a faulty controller. Refuses to exchange or refund less than an hour later, due to no receipt. Drove back and forth across town a to return/exchange with the receipt and get resolve but was treated very poorly by management. I understand that your line of work is getting over on people but it doesn’t mean that all of your customers are doing the same to you.

I always have a great experience when I come to Pawn King everyone is respectful and so helpful!! The new manager Michele AND the employees always greets me and my family with a smile. There’s never a time where i’m unsatisfied. LOVE TO SEE IT!!

The new Manager is very RUDE. She rolled her eyes, twisted neck, and popped her gum the whole time she was talking. Not to mention that she started bad mouthing and laughing to her coworkers before we left the store.
We had an item we paid over $500 for, and they were offering a $5 loan over the phone. Because there was a lot of pauses and questions, i bought the item in to be sure we were on the same page. Not one time, even during her smart mouth comments were we rude. If you dont like people dont work in customer service. I didnt catch her name but shes a short, black woman, that wears braids and heavy shadow.
Oh they also told me 3 different times that "they are not a retail store". Each time i responded saying i understand i didnt expect anything close to the paid price. But $5 for a $500+ electronic sounds crazy.

Sold me a broken Xbox controller, stick drift on the controller was out of control ! They did not care to compensate me for the $40 Xbox controller & when I came back they claimed I didn’t even get the control there ! Would not trust my money going to anything electrical in the store. BIGGEST DISAPPOINTMENT EVER !!

Purchased a amp that was suppose to be in good condition. It has an internal issue and is sending feedback to the subwoofer without any music playing. The rca is missing a locking nut and this amp needed to be marked as needs repairs and not fully functional .They have not offered to give me a refund or return label and only directed me to the stupid buya website where no one answers the phone and you can only email the support line to wait for days.
