Resource Bank, DeKalb Township, IL

What a great team. Have been with them for 15 years always great service. Today Carol in mortgages went above and beyond to straighten out a miscommunication on a house loan. What looked like a possible delayed by several days or more closing was resolved today. Thanks to Carol and Bertha and everyone else who worked on this.

Best bank ever, I have been with resource for years. Their customer service is amazing. I have been a lower income customer of theirs. I have been overdrawn many times. They work with whatever I have thrown at them. Even when I have been overdrawn, they work with me. They are a smaller bank, and they understand where lower income people come from. I feel right at home with resource. Thank you guys for being such a good bank!!

We moved here two years ago from Champaign...in all our many years of banking...we aren't spring chickens...this is by far the best bank we have been associated with by far!

I have had many experiences with Resource Bank. The staff is always friendly and helpful. John Peterson is great and responsive when information or transactions have been time-sensitive. I highly recommend Resource Bank!

I work for resource bank and really enjoy it. The people are great, the customers love us. And we do more then most banks do: we have a post office, accept DeKalb county property taxes, process plate stickers in the lobby(non-customers must pay by cash), have multiple checking accounts to meet your needs,savings, loans, insurance (need insurance on your summer camper,boat or other vehicle?) We have it😊... Oh, did I mention, we're also open on Sundays? And we're hiring too. Stop in for an application ( Mention my name). 😊
