U.S. Bank Branch, Dixon, IL

This bank in general is absolutely horrific. No one helps you. They just send you to the wrong departments on the phone until it’s late enough the department you need is closed by the time you finally get through. Will absolutely go open up an account literally anywhere else. The sketchy guy on Craigslist claiming to be a personal loans officer would be more helpful than these guys are. Edit: To Kortnee, not in a million years. My dog gives me better financial assistance. Imagine if all of our workplaces were as worthless as this one

Overall I've had good and bad experiences with Us Bank. However the Dixon IL branch, specifically Nicole (banker), have changed my experiences for the better. I received wonderful customer service from her. I feel respected and valued as a person when I go here or call, and they've been incredibly helpful with any issue I've had. I can't recommend this branch enough!

Went in to get a checking and savings account and everyone was very polite. They explained everything I needed to know and answered all my questions in detail. Couldn't be happier about my decision to go in!

I’ve only ever had great experiences with this bank besides the slight glitches on the mobile app but overall definitely my favorite bank to go through.
