I underestimated how straightforward and professional this place was going to be. I received my loan no problem, in about 3 hours time, and didn't have to leave for a blank check or anything. Instead, online and paperless options were available to provide. The stress melted away the more I conversed and was assured that my decisions were my own. They don't click anything for you, they explain everything and give you as much time as you need to sign anything. I was helped by Jovanny and Lynn/Lin. They were INCREDIBLY nice. The only Con? Expect high rates. But you are borrowing money during a pandemic, what do you expect? As long as you're ok taking out 5k and paying back 9k over time, then no sweat for you! I explained I could pay back 400 a month. They got me $188 a month! "Are you kidding?!?!" I thought. "That's amazing!!"

Stephanie was extremely helpful through the process of obtaining a loan and definitely provided all the information necessary.

The name of my loan officer is Juan!! He was extremely professional, helpful and made me feel very welcomed at the office, he was very thorough and explained everything to me before I signed anything. High APR on loans but other then that the overall experience was great!!

I needed a quick approval for a vehicle I was looking to buy and John was able to get me approved in minutes. He was very kind and forward with getting me the loan. He attended to my needs without being pushy. Unfortunately I did not end up needing the loan and I know in his line of work that can be a bummer. He was still outstanding to talk to and if I end up needed one in the future he will be my contact.
