OneMain Financial, Effingham, IL

I have been apart of One Main Financial for more 5 years. I have only had two miss payments ever. Up till now they have been great to work with. Until my wife got into a cat accident and my inside paid this establishment. Little did I know this how my nightmare started. Every time I spoke with someone they seemed completely bothered that I was talking to them. Mind you, this was a vehicle financed through their business. Jenny was the absolute the worst person I’ve ever dealt with. Unwelcoming and unhelpful. My insurance paid them 16,000$ and they seemed bothered that I was a customer. Luckily I can go somewhere else for any other financial situation. Stay away. Far away.

This branch took an unauthorized amount from my bank account for another person's Springleaf account without my authorization. When I called to get my money back they insisted that there was nothing they could do! Do not use this branch. If you do? Do NOT let Brandon help you there. He is incompetent and will call you every day regardless if you set up a payment schedule or not.

Everyone is very helpful and listen to my needs. It was super easy to set up my payments. I appreciate Cody for getting me a loan for house repairs!

I'm always treated with dignity and respect when I go in. No one has made me feel bad for needing a little extra money to get by. It's always a joy going into the Effingham office they're a great group of people

You can't finish loan

I had a great experience with OneMain Financial. I got my loan within a day and right over the phone. My loan officer did a great job and helped me thru the process. She was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Awesome people but about a year ago I had referred a person and that person got the loan and I never received my referral bonus
