I was approved for a loan and when your approved they want $550 right then and there. They say it's to make process faster when it comes time for the appraisal in the process. They also promise that if the money is not used it is returned to you. I ended up deciding to wait until the housing market is better after looking around for a few months. I called my loan officer to let him know my decision and ask for the $550 to be returned, he told me "I'll look into to that." Weeks later I am still waiting for my money and have left 3 messages with no return calls. BEWARE of this company and shop around

I had an awful experience with this company. I was in process for a HELOC which is supposed to be an easy 2-week process. I had very good credit going into the process but they made a mistake and ended up pulling my credit several times and lowering it by 20 points. So after a month of waiting they just denied the loan because they had lowered my credit score. Extremely unprofessional company.

Got a cold call from one of their agents. No sales skills and thick accent and lack of English. If you're going to put people on the phone cold calling, make sure they're on their game and can atleast speak the language of whoever they're calling.

Most obnoxious company in the world. Calls me every day and won't stop. Has a different number every time so I can't even block it.

They make things more difficult than it has to be. I hate I chose them.

After beginning a loan request in March with this company and being persuaded me to pay an “inspection fee”, I unfortunately had to make the decision that the loan wouldn’t work for my family and I. Phone call, after phone call, I was finally able to get ahold of the agent I was placed with. Who happened to sound like he hated just every single ounce of his life and talked in the most mono-depressed voice ever! I I had to let him know I would like to close the loan request and begin the refund process. I was told that it would be taken care of and I would receive a phone call back. One week went by so I began to call trying to get some information. Two weeks went by and the voicemail that was once attached to the agent I was in touch with was no longer a desk but went straight to a customer service automated voicemail line. SKETCHY? Well by this point I just said to myself continue to call and hope I get ahold of someone. I left voicemail after voicemail and finally let the company know I would be filing a claim in order to receive my funds back. After another month I sent an email also stating the same thing. I can’t lie I gave up figured I was just out of the money. Finally, after 4 long months of waiting I was sent an email regarding the refund I had requested. The email stated that this refund would be sent straight to the card used. Rather then confirming the banking information. All and all just a HORRIBLE experience.

Absolutely a unethical business. I called my mortgage professional, and inquired into a loan, and I immediately started receiving calls from this company, while still on the call with my Mortgage guy. then they wouldn't stop! Avoid at all costs!

Simply terrible. If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Spent close to a year dealing with countless people that would change month to month trying to close on a new home loan. Excuse after excuse followed by loan origination and appraisal fee requests on why at the very last moment the loan couldn't get closed. I won't even mention the other lenders name we went to and closed within 45 days. I'm not trying to troll or give any inclination that I'm saying or posting this from another company or competitor and thus must be for this negative review. So much to really go through and list but I have all the emails and data to back me up. RUN if you ever get an email from these people regarding ANYTHING, ever! Let alone when it comes to finances and those that are especially your own. I can't possibly stress this enough. Don't believe me? Their own former employees are currently suing them for the nefarious things they did to them. And this isn't their first rodeo in court for being shady either. Just look up their first predatory lending lawsuit if you still don't believe me....Like I said RUN!
