I always have a great experience coming into this bank. I've only made simple deposits and withdrawals, but everyone is extremely nice and helpful!

If you want your bank account info stolen multiple times and not be able to get your money back this is the bank for you

I always have problems at the diamond location, they never help me or they just give me problems, the morris and ottawa locations always would help me no problems, I got a small loan from Ottawa over the phone within a few hours after applying, the Diamond location told me it be a week or 2 before I'd get an answer oh and they told me that the reason for my loan was basically stupid. I would say if you bank here and you really need something call the Ottawa branch
