Ordered a new debit card, gave them the correct address IN WRITING and they still managed to send it to the wrong address. Then, I was essentially told “yeah, it’s your fault that we weren’t paying any attention.

Just closed my account... Tellers were always in a bad mood and in my opinion didn't seem to know what they were doing. Always had trouble locating my account (which is scary considering everything is online). Service was always slow and without a smile! Very pleased since I changed banks though! DO NOT USE THIS BANK.

They gave me my first car loan in 1995. Clay City Banking Co and Mercantile Bank wasn't very easy to work with back in the day. I've had my checking and savings account there since 1999. No major issues so far. They are good to work with when getting a home mortgage as well.

Customer over 30 years and last year they wouldn't cash my tax refund because they didn't know enough about me. Know enough to take my money. Their debit card screws up about half the time. Enough so that restaurants have posted a sign saying "Flora Bank & Trust debit cards don't work!". Ask them about mistakes they make and they don't know anything nor why.

Been banking here over 20 years & have never had a problem. They are very nice, easy to get along with, & take the time to answer any questions. I haven't lived in Flora for over 5 years, but still bank there. Not planning on switching
