If you get into an accident with your financed car, expect them to repo it for no explanation. They are hard to work with and get things settled with. My insurance payed out their loan, and they waited til I had to call to send the title over.

I’ve had my car going on 3 years. I’ve never had any problems out of greater Chicago I read the other reviews and I see people had issues. I’ve owed them 600+ at one point and they wanted to take my checks but it never actually got to that point. The person who handles my car loan is very understanding. I let her know when I’ll make my payment and she notes the account and that’s it. This was the ONLY company willing to give me a Chance because of My credit!!

One of the worst companies I have ever done business with. Zero transperancy. My new car got totalled over summer and insurance sent a payout. I sent another payout for a capital loss of over 1k thinking my account was cleared off. There was less than 100$ from interest accured they didn't disclose until 6 months later when it docked my credit score over 150 points. No mail communication and when I called, my agent wasn't even there to discuss specific account details with me. If you are looking for a company void of modern courtesy you found it.

Do not trust this company, they will withhold your title, I paid my loan off 3 months early,. It is now 3 months and still have not received my title. Drove to there(So Called Office) Mark was extremely rude, Dena completely ignorant. There answer was It must be lost in the mail. ..still waiting

Terrible customer service and practices, will run your credit for years without your approval then deny it and give you bs excuses to TRY to validate the inquiry. Worst company to go through financing a vehicle highly recommended to AVOID them at ALL costs!!!

Save your time find another financing company they have zero communication skills it seems like their only job is to screw you
