They pre approved me for $10k, I only asked for 5k. I was contacted at 9AM but missed the call only to call back 10AM with no answer. I then go thru multiple associates (John and Matt) that insure they can help me just to tell me i need a cosigner. Why even give pre approval for the hard hit on my bureau for no reason?

These guys are great. When my son was in the hospital in Minneapolis and at UCLA, they bent over backwards to help me so my credit score did not suffer. I won't finance anything without Spring Leaf in my corner. Food for thought people. Now smarten up!!!

Do not waste your time. I applied for a personal loan and got a call to email my tax returns and I did. Got a call back the next day and all they said sorry can't help you and they hung up. Didn't explain why or gave me a reason why I was being denied. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME
