Town Center Bank, Frankfort, IL

Customer service is very good but I had a check sent using their bill payer service. Check came from Wells Fargo Bank not Town Center. Very confusing as to where the funds were coming from as there was no mention of Town Center anywhere on the payment. I want to use Town Center Bank, Not Wells Fargo.

Everyone that I have talked to that works there is super friendly and takes the time to get to k ow you and you them. Love the small town feeling you get from this bank.

Staff is great. Always pleasant and helpful. There is comfort and trust in having your savings in a Town bank. I would recomend!
