Drive up window service is always slow very often due to not enough tellers working. Bank does not reward customers with free calendars for the new year. It's credit card service pales in comparison to other banks like Chase or Bank of America. Were it not for the hassle of changing direct deposit checks, I'd close my account and transfer money to another bank that rewards customer loyalty. I may change anyway. Banking is very competitive and there are better deals to be had.

Been calling for over 2 hours. Bank is open, but they refuse to answer the phone.

Service was super slow and she never asked me how I wanted my cash back so I got it in the wrong bills, I wanted to go to the other one but it closed down unfortunately. Cars that got there after me were served before me.

Nice bank branch. Fast friendly service.
