Horrible check holding policy. Banked here since the late 80's, had several loans and a mortgage with them over all those years. now this year they decided to hold my checks for 72 hrs. because I had a few returned (that I paid return fees on and I accepted that). Then "hold" my money while it racks up nsf fees, over $400.00 while they had the the money in their possession. (I know this because it was drawn from the other account the very next morning) they just don't the customer service like they use to. I've never run into this from my other banks.
