We had a very pleasant experience. Jennifer was great assisting us with a medallion stamp. Courteous, patient, knowledgeable. We stopped in the drive through. The teller answered our questions, then greeted us after we parked. Very nice encounter st the bank.

Debated on how many stars to give. Decided to go with 3. I bank in Oquawka. Molly is extremely loud, rude, and crude. I make it a point to go to one of the other ladies for my banking needs. Shannon and Robin have always been professional and very helpful. The new gal Stacy has been professional and helpful too. So to explain, I would give Molly 1 star and 3 ladies 5 stars. Very unfortunate for one person to ruin it for everyone else.

Christy Flynn was an absolutely incredible loan officer to work with. She clearly explained every step of the process, locked in my rate, worked closely with me to ensure I understood every part of securing a mortgage and went above and beyond to make sure everything she needed would be gathered before closing. I cannot recommend Christy enough - she makes the home buying progress easy, comfortable and understandable.

I found out in the middle the night that my card was compromised here locally. Normally a bank will give you a new card. But since it was local they were going to charge me $20. So I closed my account. And of course they charge me five dollars to do so! I have had other problems with this bank but have worked them out. This was the last straw though! So no I would not recommend this Bank!

If you are looking for a bank who signs and agrees to manage a loved one's estate, only to completely back out of that responsibility upon that loved one becoming deceased, then this is the bank for you! Immoral and unjust are the only tactful words I can conjure up to describe this establishment. It's a shame I'm unable to select "no stars" as an option. Good riddance.

If you are looking for top notch service and advice this is your place. We have had help with commercial, car and home loans. No one can top their service. They make you feel like family. Our community is lucky to have a bank like this one.

Helped me get a new card after mine was compromised. Tellers and employees were so helpful and walked me through the process! I have been using them since I was 16 and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family
