Justin Chaney is a great sales rep. I have a part time job and an 8 month old but everytime I go in he helps more then enough Justin Chaney deserves a raise for being funny.

Went in and made a couple purchases, Ashley was so friendly, professional, and she is just hilarious. I’ve been in a few times before but this last time I saw her and she was great! Great addition to the team pawn central! Keep up the good work Ash!

Just a friendly heads up about an experience I had. If you get a loan, ONLY give them what is listed on your receipt! My expectation that I'd be able to pay off the loan and get the item back was incorrect. But even though I got a loan on ONLY my Nintendo Switch... but after I didn't pay the loan off... well it's sad to say, but even though I've been a customer there for years now, they kept the Nintendo Switch console obviously, but also my carrying case, console grip, headphones and even a physical game cartridge I'd left in the case as well. I was disappointed to say the least.

Do not go here! I got a loan on a nintendo switch and when I got it back it was missing the charger and a game. The console was turned on too and battery was dead. I don't recommend this place at all.

Absolutely amazing customer service . The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Being new in town I was not sure of a lot of items or their value. They were very efficient in helping me with everything I needed. Because of their amazing customer service I brought my stepdad in four days later, and he purchased a wedding set for my mother. This shop helped my family make one of our biggest memories a success. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to pawn or sell an item or purchase an item of great quality with a business that stands behind its work . Marisol was by far the best employee I have ever Encountered as far as knowledge. I love you this place !

Was helped by a spiffy youngster by the name of Thomas Long. Dressed all professional, looking fly. Gave me a good deal on an N64 I have been looking for. Very professional and helpful 10/10 would let date my unborn child.
