I've been a member for about 10 years and it just continues to go down hill. Every time I call for something I'm reminded why I want to take my business elsewhere. Since the CU has become Vibrant additional fees and interest rates pop up constantly. They care very little about the members and only care about bringing in more and more people. They are constantly trying to sell you something, insurance, extended warranties (which if you buy them you get a lower interest rate, imagine that), etc.. If you want an actual credit union service, take your business elsewhere, you'll be wasting your time at this one.

Lindsey Willert helped me with an auto loan. She has been extremely responsive and went way above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly when I bought my vehicle. The dealership was blown away by my rate and said they can’t even come close to finding me a rate that good. Thanks!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Speaking about the mortgage division specifically, I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of follow thru of Leslie Gilmore-Krebs. Said she would call back the following Monday (initial contact was Friday). When I did not hear, I tried to leave multiple messages, though her voicemail was always full. This went on for several weeks. Then after 6 weeks(!!!), we finally heard from her to set up our second face to face meeting, she didn't even know who we were or that we had met once prior. The rampant incompetence continued from there. Someone with 10+ years experience should know how to do their job, but she continued to jerk us around for 2.5 more months. There were so many errors, forgotten details and more mistakes than I can even list here. But perhaps the biggest error on Ms. Krebs part was her failure to obtain correct payoff amounts for the accounts that were to be paid in full. Because of her failure to do even the most basic detail checks resulted in all of these accounts to not be paid properly. I am extremely unhappy with Vibrant. Stay away from Vibrant Credit Union for any type of loan like the plague!

Sign up for this bank if you only intend to make purchases within 200 feet of the premises. Otherwise your card will constantly be frozen and will be denied.
