Caliber home loans is a fantastic company! I purchased my first home through them,working with Ron Jackson. I was very new to the entire process,Ron was very accommodating to my many questions and needs and helped me understand how it all works. Most importantly he was honest and professional about the entire process,I felt confident that he had the best intentions in mind for me. Ron also showed up at my closing,which made me feel like he really cares about his customers. They also were able to move up my closing date 3 days ahead of schedule,which helped me get started on moving in sooner! Caliber has been a great experience for me,and I will reccomend Ron Jackson/Caliber to friends and family in the future.

Lorilee is one in a million, she made each steps great because of her motherly advise and many suggestions offered to us during the loan process and buying of our home. She took care of us like we were her family and cared for our needs each time she was called, never ignored any of our request, was always there when her attention was needed immediately most of the time especially towards the end. She's one of a kind, she went beyond and above to advice and make sure we got what we needed to make our house buying process successful. She's well grounded in her job, and does it well. I started working with Ron Jackson early on in my search over two years ago and just now purchased a home so it has been a long road for both of us. I had limiting factors in purchasing a home and he was patient through the entire process and always professional. As a first-time home buyer, I had many questions and he was always quick to answer them whether via email or phone. He communicated clearly and effectively and we were always on the same page about the next steps moving forward. There are a lot of requirements and steps involved in obtaining a mortgage, but Ron made it easy to understand and made a daunting process a little easier to navigate. In preparation of closing, Ron’s team was also great in ensuring that they received everything they needed and in communicating with all parties involved. I had a quick and seamless closing due, in part, to their prompt attention and hard work. Ron was initially recommended to me and I would certainly recommend him to others.
