Absolutely horrible customer service! Can't call to get thru to anyone without an hour hold. No one calls you back for days. What's the point of having money in an account when you came get ahold of anyone to use it?

I recently made my Jeep payment in the after hours box. I had to include my Landmark Credit Union card in the deposit box. Upon NEVER having received it back in the mail, I stopped there in person today. I was NOT asked how I could be helped by anyone. Another customer was addressed before I was! Sandy the branch manager should be fired for ignoring me for 30 minutes. I only wanted my card returned.

Robbed my Entire Savings account with secret fees took my money and then closed my accounts and acted as if they never existed. They literally stole my money and closed my accounts and I wasn't late or anything

From the time I came in til the time I left, they made me feel welcomed. They greeted me coming in & going out. Great customer service!
