Banterra Bank, Harrisburg, IL

I have been banking with Banterra for years. Its a great place to bank, and the staff is always very friendly and goes above and beyond. I recently had an issue with property taxes that I paid on line. Michelle Baker discovered the issue and resolved it for me while I was out of state so my taxes would not be late . Customer service second to none. Thanks Michelle & branch Staff!

Recently, my phone I was hacked, by a hacker. I had to start a new bank account, The staff was very patient with me,as i was in a panic. They helped me so much in trying to get things going again .Thank you, Katie, and the others who helped in this process !

Staff very Friendly and helpful had my account set up in minutes. They had all my paper work done before I got to the bank Al I had to do is sign.

I wanted to purchase a CD at a favorable rate. A bank I had contacted earlier wasn’t really interested in talking to me. I had never banked at Bantera because I was already established with another bank for many years. Long story short. I had the good fortune to talk to Sydney Tucker. I explained what I was looking for and she said that she would see what she could do. Three phone calls later she had gotten pretty much the terms I was looking for. It was refreshing to work with someone who seemed to be interested in doing business with a new account. I give Sydney 5 stars for her professionalism and friendly attitude. I’ll probably do more business with Bantera in the future.
