Have gone to Harvard State Bank to for insurance loss claims! Got to meet some of their staff! Super friendly! Lilian, who is at the front desk is always friendly and helpful! April McMullen is always happy to help you out and make sure everything goes well! They have such a profession team! Nothing like great customer service!! Definitely considering using this as my personal bank now that I’m new to Harvard!

I have been wanting to get a home equity loan from HSB and I'm a customer with them for 7 years had loans with them.Their loan department has not returned my calls , don't understand their business strategy in this. My credit score is above 800 and have investments well beyond the the amount and have 5 times of equity than I requested for the loan.I brought my business to them for the local economy but I think I'm having a change of heart. If they don't want my business who do they want???

The Land Conservancy has had its bank accounts at Harvard State Bank for nearly 15 years, and has been very happy with the relationship. We’ve had a couple of loans from them over the years, and they were always very friendly and professional to work with.
