Fifth Third Bank & ATM, Island Lake, IL

Every other year I have a huge issue with having the same name as my father! I'm the 3rd, and apparently thats too much for the people to understand! This time I couldn't even get a Money Order from this bank cashed! I waited for almost 8 minutes for No one to ever show their face in drive thru, completely ignoring the call button. Then I came inside to find the only teller about as far away from working as possible. 15 minutes later, not one of my CHECKS FROM THE BANK (5/3rd checks) could be cashed! I give up!

Great staff, attentive! Nicole recently helped me with a really stressful issue; I made a mobile deposit to my account that had an invalid hold on it and the money wasn’t available.. She helped contact the correct people and always kept in touch until it got resolved. Last year, Terry reached out to me after I moved into college in Texas and made sure everything was working there! So sweet, and Laura is always so friendly and efficient every time I have gone in.

Overall The People Are Very Good At What They Do! But for some reason or other They are often down for maintenance when I want to do Online Banking. I don't have this prob with a couple of other banks, these banks are never down!

Jenni is the best banker and all the staff but Jenni is some one so special and makes her customers feel like family

It’s a good bank most of the time but not past 12am bc after 12am u can no longer transfer your money from your savings to your bank so then there is no way to access your money till like 5am so what do the ppl do when they work nights I guess they just can’t go shopping it’s so stupid iv had to postpone so many shopping trips bc of it and they just started this recently
