10/10 would recommend Heights Finance! The process was quick and easy. Cheri and her team were awesome and super friendly, from the moment I walked into the establishment, all the way until I left my appointment. Cheri answered all my questions and went through all my loan details, making sure I was not confused about anything. I recommend Cheri and her team just off of their customer service.

My first time here Today and the atmosphere was very pleasant. The ladies inside were very friendly. Had a great experience with heights yesterday Carol and her coworkers were very helpful. I applied online and recieved a call minutes later to further the process.We came in the following day to go over our new loan. Carol explained all of what we were signing. Overall an easy process.

I would just like to say this place deserves a 5 star rating. I would like to share my experience with this company.. I went in Friday afternoon looking to apply for a loan and was greeted by Cheri the branch manager there. The loan process was simple & I was approved in only 10 mins! You have the option to have the loan transfer to your account which was also very convenient instead of a check being issued. I originally applied for a loan with Mariners Finance since Tuesday. They are a joke! They never got back to me. I end of calling them 3x and they told me my application is still being reviewed. I seriously do not have time to wait 3 days especially if your in need of cash.. If you're looking for cash & you need it quickly Heights Finance will get the job done !
